Originally established as Clear Sky Blue in London in 2016 and brought to Melbourne in 2020, CSB brings over 30 years of combined experience in Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial services.
We believe good Corporate Governance is more than compliance — it’s a strategic advantage. Our team acts as Executive Governance Officers, working alongside Boards and Executives to build high-performing, sustainable organisations.
