Tamara brings over 20 years' experience practicing as a Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Advisor across a variety of corporate sectors and industries. She has worked predominantly in Australia, as well as in the UK and Europe, providing service to ASX listed, Public and NFP companies. Tamara is a Fellow Company Secretary with Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). As a Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Advisor, Tamara works closely with the Board and C-Suite to provide relevant advice and support. She is passionate about sound Corporate Governance procedures. Tamara lives and breathes Corporate Governance and the development of seamless process development; she has an unstoppable commitment to excellence. She leads the Corporate Governance Team in providing the highest level of Secretarial services.
Kate is an experienced Corporate Governance Consultant and Company Secretarial professional, having worked in various governance support positions for over 16 years. Kate has extensive expertise in supporting clients in meeting their Corporate Governance obligations and ASX and ASIC compliance requirements. Kate has held the role of Company Secretary of various ASX Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit companies and is an affiliate Company Secretary with Governance Institute of Australia (GIA). Kate has a keen interest in adding value to the long-term growth of an organisation and has worked with Boards and Senior Executives to develop and embed best practice Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial practices within the varying organisations.​ Kate is currently the appointed Company Secretary for The Environmental Group Ltd. ​​​
Alicia is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management and Corporate Governance. Alicia has worked across the ASX Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit sector, contributing her expertise to foster strong governance and financial oversight. Throughout her career, Alicia has supported organisations in navigating their financial and corporate governance obligations, while ensuring compliance with ASX and ASIC requirements.​ Alicia's collaborative approach and dedication to precision have been key in partnering effectively with Boards and C-suite executives to drive practical, sustainable solutions. Alicia is passionate about building robust governance frameworks and creating positive impacts within the organisations she serves.
As a Corporate Governance Consultant and Company Secretary, Amy specialises in managing the regulatory requirements of ASX-Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit companies, providing exceptional support to their Boards and Committees. ​ With an extensive career spanning more than 20 years, in both Australia and the UK, Amy has provided support to Directors and C-Suite Executives across a broad range of sectors. ​ Amy upholds a high standard of professionalism, with expertise in Client Account Management, Stakeholder Communications, Minute Taking, Board, Committee and General Meeting management, and general facilitation and assistance with capital management.​ An efficient team player, with an excellent eye for detail, Amy embodies forward thinking, ambition and a strong willingness to succeed. Alongside her development as one of our Corporate Governance Consultants, Amy also manages other internal CSB matters as Head of Operations.
Josie specialises in providing support to CSB Corporate Governance Consultants and Advisors, for ASX Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit Boards and Committees. Josie is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with over 17 years' experience in business support, human resources and administration positions. Josie has a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, with expertise in meeting management, Human Resources, conferencing and events, social media and all aspects of recruitment, end-to-end. Josie is a resourceful and organised team player, who thrives in an agile environment. ​Alongside her development as one of our Corporate Governance Managers, Josie also manages CSB’s Human Resource matters as the Head of HR.​​
Tiffany provides support to CSB Corporate Governance Consultants and Advisors, for ASX Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit Boards and Committees. Tiffany is a dedicated corporate secretarial and administration professional with a strong background in problem-solving and client relations. Tiffany began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Architecture, later shifting to a Masters in Professional Accounting, where she discovered her passion for corporate secretarial work. Tiffany has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to organisational efficiency and thrives in working personally with clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision. Outside of her professional life, Tiffany enjoys reading and continuously seeks personal and professional growth.
Dr Giulia Dondoli is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and has over six-year experience in AML/CTF compliance and consulting. After completing her PhD in Law at the University of Waikato, Giulia joined the Russell McVeagh AML/CTF Compliance Team, as an analyst. Giulia then moved to AML Solutions as a senior consultant, and she assisted reporting entities with consulting, auditing, and training services. Giulia has audited and helped 200 reporting entities in Australia, New Zealand, Samoa and Tonga.
Doug is a Senior Lawyer with over 40 years’ experience specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law and has been Partner in a number of International and National firms including Freehills, Baker & McKenzie, Gadens and Piper Alderman, as well as being an Executive Director with Ernst & Young. Doug acts for a range of Clients, including private and public Companies (ASX listed, Public) MIS and Government bodies, conducting training and advising Boards, Senior Management and compliance Committees on best practice Governance and Legal compliance issues. He has presented on equity raisings, legal corporate and compliance issues to Melbourne University, Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), Independent Compliance Committee Forum and The Australasian Co-operative Directors’ Conference. Doug holds BA and LLB degrees from Melbourne University and both FAICD and FGIA accreditation.​
Kirsten brings significant experience in Corporate Governance advisory, Board support, and Corporate Compliance. With a deep understanding of the Corporations Act, ACNC requirements, and ASX governance frameworks, she supports CSB clients through rigorous board reviews, secretarial services, and strategic governance consulting. Her calm, solutions-focused style, combined with cultural awareness and strong boardroom presence, makes her a valued partner to Directors and senior leaders. Wendy plays a vital role in enabling the success of the broader CSB team by providing high-quality administrative support. Her behind-the-scenes contribution ensures that our consultants can focus their time and expertise on delivering strategic corporate governance services to clients—without getting caught up in the operational clutter. Spanning a 40-year career as a teacher, Wendy has extensive experience in leadership, co-operative working relationships, organisational tasks, and data management. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong appreciation for structure, Wendy plays a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Her calm, solutions-focused approach supports the team in delivering seamless service to clients, while her ability to anticipate needs makes her an invaluable part of CSB’s operations behind the scenes.​​​​​
