Josie Dines
Corporate Governance Consultant
Josie specialises in providing ASX-Listed, Public and Private Companies with Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and policy management support.
Josie has over a decade of experience in the Corporate Governance, risk and legal sectors and has a strong background in supporting publicly listed AFSL holders with their regulatory requirements.
Josie is passionate about good governance and works closely with Boards, Committees and Executive Leadership Teams to provide exceptional support and ensure compliance with ASX and ASIC requirements. Josie is an Affiliate Company Secretary with Governance Institute of Australia (GIA).
Alongside her Corporate Governance work, Josie also has a keen interest in Risk Management, corporate sustainability and Modern Slavery legislation.
Wendy Barr
Governance Team Assistant | Office Manager
Wendy provides the CSB Team with general office support that allows consultants to focus on their corporate governance roles.
Spanning a 40 year career as a teacher, Wendy has extensive experience in leadership, co-operative working relationships, organisational tasks and data management.
Wendy brings an enthusiasm to her role and is committed to ensuring all processes are recorded for future reference and completed to the high standards expected of the CSB Team.

Josie specialises in providing support to CSB Corporate Governance Consultants and Advisors, for ASX Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit Boards and Committees.
Josie is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with over 17 years experience in business support, human resources and administration positions.
Josie has a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, with expertise in meeting management, Human Resources, conferencing and events, social media and all aspects of recruitment, end-to-end.
Josie is a resourceful and organised team player, who thrives in an agile environment.
Alongside her development as one of our Corporate Governance Managers, Josie also manages CSB’s Human Resource matters as the Head of HR.
Elizabeth Lee
Corporate Governance Consultant
Elizabeth has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial functions.
Elizabeth has held Company Secretarial positions for CBHS Health Fund, Phosphate Resources Limited, Macmahon Holdings Limited, Corporate Compliance Partners and Lend Lease Primelife Limited.
Elizabeth also performed contract Company Secretarial roles with Macquarie Bank Limited and Austock Group Limited and various other entities including not for profit organisations.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Business Law from Edith Cowan University, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance for ASX Listed Entities from Kaplan Financial Institute and is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Katey is a seasoned professional known for their friendly demeanor, unwavering attention to detail and deep commitment to administration, client management and forward thinking.
Katey provides seamless support to the CSB Corporate Governance Consultants and Advisors, managing the regulatory requirements of ASX-Listed, Public and Not-For-Profit companies, whilst providing exceptional support to their Boards and Committees.
Katey is a dedicated and enthusiastic team member with a lively personality and keen passion to develop and grow within the governance space.
With a passion for crafting tailored solutions and a sharp focus on process development, Katey's dedication is further underscored by active analysis of feedback and a keen love of research.
Doug Robertson
Independent Legal Counsel
Doug is a Senior Lawyer with over 40 years’ experience specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law and has been Partner in a number of International and National firms including Freehills, Baker & McKenzie, Gadens and Piper Alderman, as well as being an Executive Director with Ernst & Young.
Doug acts for a range of Clients, including private and public Companies (ASX listed, Public) MIS and Government bodies, conducting training and advising Boards, Senior Management and compliance Committees on best practice Governance and Legal compliance issues. He has presented on equity raisings, legal corporate and compliance issues to Melbourne University, Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), Independent Compliance Committee Forum and The Australasian Co-operative Directors’ Conference.
Doug holds BA and LLB degrees from Melbourne University and both FAICD and FGIA accreditation.
